SPORTS AND GAMES WE WILL PLAY THIS YEAR
We wil star the year with the olimpic sports king, in it we will do the basic human skill: run, jump and throw.
Easy raquet sport, the shuttelcock fly slowly than a ball and you can hit it.
It is a popular sport in Netherland. Is the only sport where men and women with different high play together. The rules are written to have an equal game, the size is not important even if we play with two high baskets.
Basic sport to work our hitting skills. Each team in one side of the net, this means no physical contact. This helps to equalise the game and play together, even we have different physical qualities.
Alternative game with a ring and a bar. It is a good start to play floorball next year.
